Responsibilities
- Support the global indirect tax compliance process, including U.S. sales and use tax, VAT, GST, and other international indirect taxes
- Analyze large datasets to support tax filings, reconciliations, audits, and special projects
- Support indirect tax audits, notices, refund claims, and tax authority inquiries
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and external service providers to gather information and resolve issues

- As a key member of the team, you will help support indirect tax compliance, registrations, audits, and special projects across the U.S. and international jurisdictions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in public accounting, tax, audit, consulting, or a related analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience working with large datasets
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tax concepts and business processes
Nice to have
- Big 4 experience strongly preferred
- CPA license or progress towards CPA license preferred
- Experience with Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analytics tools is a plus
- Experience with NetSuite, Stripe, Avalara, or other ERP and tax systems is a plus
