Responsibilities

- Drive innovative thinking across the team, elevating the quality and creativity of solutions.
- Oversee research design, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and hypotheses.
- Provide direction on vendor selection and manage external research partnerships when needed.
- Own and refine project methodologies, adapting approaches to fit unique client contexts.
- Own the development of final recommendations, ensuring they are actionable, strategic, and tied to measurable impact.
- Deliver key messages confidently to senior stakeholders, including C-suite audiences.
- Lead the diagnosis of complex client challenges, often with ambiguous or incomplete inputs.
- Act as a thought partner to clients on broader strategic topics beyond immediate project scope.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client lead, building strong, trusted relationships.
