the lottery is wage-weighted — each level is one more entry
Even the top of this range is below the Level II threshold of $191,942, so this role stays at one lottery entry however you negotiate. That is a property of the posted band, not of you.

About the role
- Conviva pioneered quality of experience (QoE) measurement for the world's largest streaming services, including Fox, MLB, Paramount+, DAZN and Sling.
- We now apply that same discipline to AI agents.
- Agent Experience Insights (AEI) measures what users actually do before, during and after a conversation, so teams can prove their agents worked for the user, not just that they passed an eval.
Responsibilities

- You'll own a portfolio of partners end to end: recruiting them, getting them integrated through MCP, enabling their teams, and driving co-sell pipeline. This is an early-stage program, so you'll help shape how it runs as well as run it.
- Drive integrations. Work with partner product and engineering teams and Conviva's product team to connect partners to Conviva through MCP, from scoping to launch.
- Build co-sell pipeline. Run joint account planning with partners and Conviva sales, source and register partner-led opportunities, and help close them.
- Launch joint go-to-market. Partner with Marketing on co-branded content, launch announcements, webinars, events and partner directory listings.
