Job Description Provide leadership to team members accountable for the processing, service, and administration of multiple or complex processes within Operations.

Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports, including providing work direction and support to team on process, procedures and escalated issues.
Develop methods to measure and report on department performance, ensuring resources are properly allocated and workload is managed to meet all accuracy, transactional processing, quality metrics and standards, and compliance and regulatory requirements.
Drive and implement process improvements, proactively identifying and resolving business issues to improve efficiencies and increase operational effectiveness.
Work with internal and external business partners to effectively identify and minimize risk.
Lead and/or participate as a subject matter expert in projects and business driven initiatives within team and across Operations, as appropriate.
Act as champion for the team and intervene on matters that create roadblocks to individual or organizational success.
Business Support & Operations

Strong working knowledge of Operations processes, policies, techniques, and applicable regulations.
Strong communication skills, including ability to explain complex issues in an understandable manner.
Bachelors degree or equivalent (4-years)

The estimated base salary for this role is $80,000-130,000/year.
We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
