- As a Client Access Representative, you'll play a critical role in welcoming clients, maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting a smooth and efficient front office experience.
Responsibilities
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial documentation
- Maintain appearance and organization of the waiting area
- Support service monitoring and quality improvement efforts
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Nice to have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer and typing proficiency
