About the role
- As a Collation Supervisor, you will be at the helm of our production operations, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Your leadership will be key in driving productivity, ensuring safety, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the facility.

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and supervise a team of production workers from Leads to general labor.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures for responsible sub-department.
Requirements
- Ability to distinguish between colors.
- Associate's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Related Field:
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Related Field:
- From APICS, indicating expertise in production and inventory management.
Nice to have
- Preferred for in-depth understanding of manufacturing principles, management, and leadership.
- Courses in supply chain management, operations management, and industrial technology are beneficial.
Skills
- Proven track record of identifying issues, analyzing data, and implementing effective solutions.
- Proficiency with manufacturing equipment, understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
