About the role

Analyze business processes and user workflows to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and improved user experiences.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement sessions, sprint reviews, planning sessions, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
Assist in the validation of delivered functionality by supporting user acceptance testing, documenting findings, and tracking feedback.

Support the development and maintenance of product artifacts including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, journey maps, and feature documentation.
Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging AI capabilities, and best practices that can inform product strategy and design.
Support Product Managers and Product Owners in backlog management, requirements refinement, and prioritization activities.
Develop and maintain product documentation, decision logs, dependency trackers, and other product management artifacts.
Support the creation and analysis of key product metrics, adoption indicators, user feedback, and performance measurements to inform product decisions.
Help document AI-related use cases, user scenarios, functional requirements, and business outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, UX, and operations stakeholders to ensure product requirements are well understood and aligned.
