About the role
- Analyze business processes and user workflows to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and improved user experiences.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement sessions, sprint reviews, planning sessions, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
- Assist in the validation of delivered functionality by supporting user acceptance testing, documenting findings, and tracking feedback.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of product artifacts including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, journey maps, and feature documentation.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging AI capabilities, and best practices that can inform product strategy and design.
- Support Product Managers and Product Owners in backlog management, requirements refinement, and prioritization activities.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, decision logs, dependency trackers, and other product management artifacts.
- Support the creation and analysis of key product metrics, adoption indicators, user feedback, and performance measurements to inform product decisions.
- Help document AI-related use cases, user scenarios, functional requirements, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, UX, and operations stakeholders to ensure product requirements are well understood and aligned.
