About the role
- As an Operations & Strategy Intern, you will be the right hand to our Business Manager, supporting the day-to-day operations of an international AI startup across three legal entities (Canada, US, UK).
- This is a high-trust, high-learning role for a curious, organized student who thrives on ownership, variety, and getting things done.
Responsibilities
- Finance Support (20%) • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tracking. • Support cash flow updates and expense categorization in QuickBooks Online. • Help reconcile invoices and maintain financial trackers across entities. • Contribute to monthly reporting, audit-readiness, and ad-hoc financial analyses.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, HR, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
- Positive attitude, low ego, and a genuine desire to grow with a disruptive AI Even better if you have
- Prior internship or work experience in operations, finance, HR, or administration.
- Familiarity with Asana, HubSpot, Rippling, QuickBooks Online, or similar SaaS operations tools.
- Experience supporting cross-border teams across Canada, the US, and the UK.
Nice to have
- Employment Type Part-time internship - 20 hours per week, minimum 1-year commitment.
- Paid, hourly rate.
- COOP PROGRAM PREFER Years of Experience Current student or recent graduate.
- Prior internship experience is a plus but not required.
