You'll work with award-winning attorneys to secure millions in recoveries for clients facing workplace injustices.
We'll provide training on employment law to ensure you're equipped to excel.

Own Case Execution: Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, and mediation statements with precision, enabling attorneys to focus on strategy.
Build Case Foundations: Create fact chronologies, deposition summaries, and witness profiles that form the strategic backbone of each case.
Engage Clients Thoughtfully: Lead fact-gathering calls with empathy, ensuring clients feel heard while maintaining professional boundaries.
Drive Momentum: Proactively spot delays or gaps in cases and escalate solutions to keep cases on track for swift resolution.
Leverage Systems: Use HubSpot, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 to track progress, maintain flawless records, and streamline workflows.

You have 2+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in litigation (plaintiff-side employment law is a plus, but we'll train you on employment law specifics).
