About the role
- BDC has embarked on its digital transformation and in the process of modernizing its products and services.
- As part of this initiative, we are looking for passionate, bilingual candidates who wish to be a key player in this transformation journey and contribute to the evolution of BDC's financing services through their technical expertise and sense of innovation.
- The selected candidate will join the Customer Management family, as a software engineering specialist.
Responsibilities
- Solution design, testing, CI/CD deployments, etc.)
- The team focuses on optimizing through technology the process flows for our clients (entrepreneurs) as well as our account managers who support our clients.
Requirements
- You work well in agile mode, in an environment where initiative, transparent communication and innovation are valued.
- You are passionate about cutting edge technology and pushing for continuous improvement your daily activities.
- Seven to 10 years of experience in software engineering
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience in backend development with.NET / C#
- Experience in API development and system integration (REST, event-based systems)
- Experience maintaining and evolving existing applications in production environments
- Experience with modern authentication and authorization mechanisms (OpenID Connect & OAuth)
- Strong understanding of the concepts of object-oriented programming.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization (plugins, workflows, integrations, Dataverse) is strongly preferred
