Responsibilities

Requirements
- Masters or PhD degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent STEM degree
- Proficiency in back-testing, simulation, and statistical techniques (auto-regression, auto-correlation and Principal Component Analysis)
- Familiarity with signal generation and statistical models
- Working knowledge of Linux and familiarity with SQL
- 3-7 years experience in the financial industry (experience in quantitative trading is preferred but not a requirement)
- A strong background in STEM
- Solid data-mining and analysis skills, including experience dealing with a large amount of data/tick data
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Anticipated New York annual base salary range $120,000-200,000, plus eligible for discretionary bonus

Compensation
- Anticipated New York annual base salary range $120,000-200,000, plus eligible for discretionary bonus
