About the role

- This solution monitors the health of the mainframes network, helping to identify user, certificate, and encryption problems before they become end-user outages.
- The PM is a Customer/Market facing role, responsible for identifying and continuously validating addressable market opportunities aligned to Broadcom's Mainframe software strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the cross-functional product team in support of the overall Product Management discipline.
- Lead sales initiatives (necessary) for customer adoption of new product features in the existing market
- All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product management or software development
- Expertise in managing cross-functional, cross-business, cross-disciplinary projects
- Working with business stakeholders in partnership to achieve goals and objectives
- Basic understanding of software licensing and product delivery in a B2B business model
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills
- Experience working with product and engineering teams in a collaborative software development environment and defining Go-To-Market plan.
- Understanding of managing and triaging customer requests
- Leadership, organization, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of mainframe software industry, transformation trends, and insights preferred
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
- Compensation and Benefits
Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this position is USD 104,100.00 To USD 166,500.00
