About the role

Reporting to the Corporate Events Manager, this role will play a critical part in delivering exceptional event experiences across industry conferences, customer events, executive programs, roadshows, and strategic brand activations.
The ideal candidate is passionate about event management, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations.

Support the planning and execution of global events, including industry conferences, trade shows and regional roadshows.
Support lead management processes and post-event follow-up activities.

2+ years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, corporate events, or related fields.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and partner portals.

A reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role, at the time of posting, is $75,000 - $100,000.
