About the role

MA NP license, DEA & Mass Controlled Substance Registration Job Expectations: 60 - 70% administrative, covering inbox management based on the Primary Care site where assigned.
This includes managing messages, refills, referrals, results, portal messages, etc with supervision 30 - 40% will be direct patient care, where in the day you will be scheduled to see patients in between covering inbox management.
This may include same day, urgent care type visits, some physicals, ED follow ups, etc.

They may not have a dedicated staff member per se, but will have clinical support when they are seeing patients & will be able to access resources at the site where they will be working.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
Graduate of an accredited school, master prepared with a degree as a Nurse Practitioner Massachusetts licensure.
Age Specific Criteria: Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.

Departmental specialized training to provide care to patients within role and successful completion of SMH orientation program
Command of verbal and written English
Operation of clinical equipment demonstrates clinical competence,
Positive interpersonal communication skills and good organizational skills
Three to five years medical office experience

$109,280.04-$171,079.79 -
The pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
For annual salaries this is based on full-time employment.
Salary Range Details

This will require being very flexible with travel on daily basis if needed, site to site.
In event where we do not have this type of need, we will deploy based on greatest need to cover vacation or any other need based on business need but the full-time hours will be provided nonetheless.
