- This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing, managing payroll tax filings and reporting, and serving as the primary subject matter expert for ADP.

- Serve as the primary ADP system administrator and subject matter expert, maintaining system configuration, earning and deduction codes, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll laws, wage and hour regulations, and tax requirements.
- Oversee payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and year-end processes, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
- Review and audit payroll data, timekeeping records, and employee changes to ensure accuracy prior to each payroll run.
- Resolve complex payroll issues and employee inquiries promptly, accurately, and confidentially.
