About the role

Responsibilities
- It will serve as a front-line customer service representative and technical support to the Trojan Forge, including managing student reservations, managing physical supplies/inventory, and assisting in the coordination of assigned office activities.
- This position will manage inventory, equipment, scheduling reservations, community engagement, usage data, and other clerical duties as assigned.

- Eligible to legally work 20 hours per week in the United States
- Flexible availability M-F 9am to 5pm

- Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and clarification to potential students, current students, graduates,
- and/or program affiliates
- Answer incoming calls/emails and forward them to the appropriate staff member if
- necessary and/or document all messages
Compensation
- $11.00 per hour
