About the role
- Troubleshooting complex production issues utilizing computer systems.
- Making decisions based on best known methods or operating procedures.
- Tracking and documenting production obstacles and communicating these issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- As a member of the Manufacturing Operations shift team, the employee is directly responsible for managing a team of 4 to 15 manufacturing specialists that maintain the flow of production through sections of the line, during their shift, while achieving world class speed and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience.
- Applicants must be authorized to access such information or eligible for government authorization.
Skills
- D shift (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and alternating Saturdays, 7pm-7am).

- Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
Compensation
- The current base salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $124,500.
- Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
