About the role

The Contract Administrator will work closely with legal, booking, operations, accounting, production teams to review, edit, and negotiate artist, venue, co-promotion, vendor, and location agreements needed for Company events (one-off shows and festivals).
This position will work closely with other team members and the team Manager.
Additionally, this position will work closely with the accounting team to process wire requests and deposits for artists.

Develop and update contract process, create new ways to disseminate information. Ensure that all show files are up to date with new or revised contracts and insurance certificates.
AEG may require an employee to perform duties outside their normal description.

Basic knowledge of contract administration and legal language
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Adobe software

This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.

The Contract Administrator will also, in consultation with the company's risk department on an as-needed basis, review insurance requirements in various agreements to ensure needs are met on a case-by-case basis.
