About the role
- Sumitomo SHI FW Energy North America Corporation is looking for an experienced, motivated, and self-driven Customer Care & Business Development Manager to join our Services team in the USA.
- This position is fully remote and requires a highly independent and proactive way of working.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing our Services business in the US market, with a strong focus on lifecycle extension projects, including technology modernizations and upgrades.

- You are expected to take ownership of customer relationships and business opportunities across the Americas while collaborating closely with global SFW teams.
