About the role
- From our three R&D sites around the world, we apply these innovative technologies to pursue the discovery of safe, efficacious and cutting-edge therapeutics for patients worldwide.
- Follow up on client questions and problems (hardware and software) until resolved.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for users in the assigned sites.
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Provide administrative support for IT systems, including user role and access permissions.
- Improve and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Interact with external service providers for additional support.
Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Document issues and resolutions, producing reports when required.
