About the role

  • Job Description The Content Operations Specialist will act as a primary point of contact and administrator in the company's promotional work management tool.
  • They will evaluate and assign resources for video requests across all mediums company-wide and will be responsible for asset project management and stakeholder communications.
  • The Specialist will also be responsible for training, onboarding, and system administration, as well as aiding in the evaluation and improvement of promotional asset workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage data entry within the asset planning system, keeping stakeholders apprised
  • Maintain promotional asset system hygiene and data integrity to facilitate downstream automations
  • Manage assignments and workloads across various Content Operations team members, reevaluating and reassigning as needed
  • Manage system user access and permissions
  • Collect, create, and manage workflow process documentation
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to improve daily workflows

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in operational or media project management Excellent time-management and organizational skills to manage a large volume of requests and stakeholders

Skills

  • Ability to work independently and determine priority of work based on multiple avenues of requests and communication
  • Flexibility and confidence to adapt to shifting workflows and company goals
  • Highly attuned attention to detail related to data creation and management
  • Outstanding analytical skills to evaluate nuanced project requests and their process workflows
  • Superior interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment and across departments
  • Knowledge of Adobe Workfront work management software and/or related project management software
  • Background in entertainment, production, or post-production workflows
  • $65,000 - $75,000
