About the role
- Job Description The Content Operations Specialist will act as a primary point of contact and administrator in the company's promotional work management tool.
- They will evaluate and assign resources for video requests across all mediums company-wide and will be responsible for asset project management and stakeholder communications.
- The Specialist will also be responsible for training, onboarding, and system administration, as well as aiding in the evaluation and improvement of promotional asset workflows.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage data entry within the asset planning system, keeping stakeholders apprised
- Maintain promotional asset system hygiene and data integrity to facilitate downstream automations
- Manage assignments and workloads across various Content Operations team members, reevaluating and reassigning as needed
- Manage system user access and permissions
- Collect, create, and manage workflow process documentation
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to improve daily workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in operational or media project management Excellent time-management and organizational skills to manage a large volume of requests and stakeholders
Skills
- Ability to work independently and determine priority of work based on multiple avenues of requests and communication
- Flexibility and confidence to adapt to shifting workflows and company goals
- Highly attuned attention to detail related to data creation and management
- Outstanding analytical skills to evaluate nuanced project requests and their process workflows
- Superior interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment and across departments
- Knowledge of Adobe Workfront work management software and/or related project management software
- Background in entertainment, production, or post-production workflows
- $65,000 - $75,000
