Responsibilities

  • Build the Tax Brain with product and engineering. Convert your judgment into if/then logic, review AI-generated advice, and encode the corrections.
  • High Agency: You identify what matters, take it on, and own outcomes.
  • Exceptional Collaboration: Build high-trust partnerships that make team members want you on hard projects.

  • A track record of automating parts of your own workflow.

Requirements

  • You have shipped reusable checklists, decision trees, and threshold specs that the team adopts and the Tax Brain encodes.

  • Own equity comp strategy: ISO/NSO/RSU/ESPP, AMT, 83(b), QSBS, 409A, secondaries, IPO and liquidity events.
