About the role

  • We are seeking multiple highly organized and execution-oriented professionals to join our Executive Operations Team. In this role, you will be the right hand to one or more members of our leadership team and will work closely with the CEO's Executive Operations Partner.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic force multiplier for the leadership team, building deep business context and applying sound judgment to keep priorities moving.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, staying informed on what's happening on the ground and serving as a trusted point of contact for peers and leaders.
  • Own the core operational competencies for each of your leaders including calendars, travel, meeting prep, expenses, and logistics.

Requirements

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Slack, Notion, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Ramp, and other productivity tools.
  • Extremely organized and accountable

  • you identify gaps, conflicts, and risks before they become issues.
  • Highly responsive
  • comfortable with regular text communication and quick decision-making.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience supporting C-level executives or founders.
  • Startup, tech, or AI industry exposure.
  • Experience at Series B, Series C, or growth-stage companies.
  • Experience coordinating offsites, SKOs, or large customer-facing events.
  • The team is based in our San Francisco office (walking distance to Caltrain) and works together in person five days a week.
