About the role

  • Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, External Communications.
  • Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $71,000 - $100,000.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of strategic external communications programs, including operational, pricing, partner, and corporate communications across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage media relations activities, including media inquiries, interview preparation, speaking opportunities, award submissions, and executive communications support.
  • Lead multiple communications initiatives simultaneously, delivering high-quality outcomes within established timelines and scope.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors, including the public relations agency of record, to support communications objectives.

Requirements

  • Support communications planning, reporting, and special projects as required.
  • Required skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

Compensation

  • The expected base salary range for this role is $71,000 - $100,000.
  • Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions.
