About the role
- You'll be a strategic, detail-oriented Risk Manager to help identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the business as we scale.
- This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, compliance, and execution.
- This is a Hybrid Role and you will be expected to be in office 3-days a week.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive initiatives aimed at addressing key risk items, from defining scope through execution and resolution
- Lead cross-functional risk programs and remediation efforts, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and outcomes
- Develop and maintain pragmatic risk frameworks, controls, and mitigation plans aligned with business priorities
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Product, Revenue, and Operations teams to embed risk considerations into planning,
- Translate risk insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support decision-making
- You influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without relying on formal authority=
- You take ownership of ambiguous risk issues and lead them through to resolution
