About the role
- You'll work directly with our Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Product teams to execute mission-critical business systems projects across the organization.
- This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Ramp's growth efforts through systems development.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy Salesforce automation end to end: record-triggered and screen flows, validation rules, custom objects and fields, permission sets and approvals
- Translate business requirements into solution designs and write them up as the business outcome they produce rather than a list of objects and fields
- Own the integrations across the stack, including lead routing, sequence enrollment, meeting booking, enrichment and partner attribution, spanning Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo and Workato
- Own the dashboards and data models your domain runs on. Translate business questions into reporting that is accurate, documented and actually used to make decisions
- Drive cross-functional alignment on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs and carry it through to closure without a manager in the room
- Fluency translating business requirements into a solution, and authoring that solution in terms of the outcome it drives and how that outcome will be measured
- Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends.
Requirements
- 5+ years in business systems at a fast-paced company
Nice to have
- Cross-functional program management across engineering, sales and finance stakeholders
- A product mindset toward internal tooling: treating stakeholders as users, shipping in phases and measuring adoption after launch
- Snowflake, Looker or similar BI and warehouse tooling
- Working knowledge of Apex or Lightning Web Components, enough to recognize when declarative is the wrong answer
- Linear or similar project management software
- Time spent at a high-growth startup or technology company
- Budget for intra-office travel
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
Compensation
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
Benefits
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Weekly coffee stipend
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
- Life, AD&D, and disability coverage
- Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)
- Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay
- Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health
