Responsibilities

- The Director, Revenue Intelligence serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership and senior management team.
- Leverage AI to drive quality business outcomes and efficiency
- Develop and maintain scalable Revenue Intelligence architecture, ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Create and manage company-wide reporting frameworks that deliver actionable insights into business performance and key metrics.
- Partner with internal business functions (e.g., Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT) to deeply understand processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Deliver insights related to strategic transformations, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives including data integration, migration, and complex operational projects.
- Build strategic partnerships to deliver analytics products and services aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Requirements
- Strong expertise within RevOps in data analytics, business intelligence, and data architecture with strong AI lean
- Experience with BI tools, advanced SQL, and scalable data processing systems
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Power Pivot) and MS Office tools
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, data modeling, and analytics methodologies
- Experience establishing data governance frameworks and ownership models
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have
- 10+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience managing and developing multi-disciplinary teams, preferably globally
- 6+ years of relevant industry or specialize experience in a SaaS organization
- Bachelors degree required
- Mater's degree preferred
