About the role
- At HANDS, our Behavior Technicians (BT's) are professionals who have completed a minimum of a 40-hour intensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Requirements
- Successful completion of criminal history background check and drug testing Excellent communication skills Ability to work with a variety of individuals in different settings
- Ability to lift/carry up to a maximum of 50 lbs and remain standing for up to 4 hours Must be able to remain within close proximity to children at all times for safety

- We currently have clinics in Cary, Raleigh and Holly Springs.

- All BT's are continually supervised by an agency BCBA on a weekly basis and engage in behavior analytic professional development activities.
Skills
- BT's are responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA.
