About the role

The Production Associate will be responsible for working in the production area, performing light mechanical assembly and conducting pre-delivery inspections to ensure equipment meets our high standards of safety and performance.
This includes installing a variety of heavy equipment attachments (buckets, couplers, thumbs, forks, carriages, lights, GPS systems, hydraulic hoses, etc.), setting hydraulic pressures, and conducting functionality tests.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical ability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
This position requires mechanical knowledge, experience operating or working around heavy equipment, and the ability to work effectively in varying outdoor conditions while following strict safety protocols.
Adjust and set hydraulic pressures as required.

Prior experience assembling or repairing heavy equipment.
Familiarity with specific equipment brands or models used in our operations.
Knowledge of inventory management systems.
Advanced mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Physical Requirements
Extended periods of standing, bending, lifting, and climbing in/out of heavy machinery.
Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
Working Conditions

Assemble and disassemble heavy machinery using hand, electric, and air-powered tools.
Maintain accountability for company-owned tools and equipment.

Follow OSHA and company safety regulations at all times.
Occasionally interact with customers regarding inspection results or equipment condition.
