About the role

  • Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for a skilled Email and Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team as we pursue ambitious 10x growth.
  • Reporting to the Email & Social Media Manager, you'll be our in-house email expert owning campaigns from first draft to final send.
  • You bring genuine email writing chops: you know how to craft a message that informs, connects, and moves people to act.

Responsibilities

  • Email Campaigns & Newsletters: Write, edit, and send email campaigns and newsletters that inform, engage, and drive action across our agent network - bringing a clear message, strong structure, and a compelling call to action to every send.
  • Content Calendar: Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a content calendar, coordinate campaign timelines, and ensure assets, approvals, and deliverables stay organized and on schedule.
  • Team Support: Support event-related promotions (webinars, conferences, and internal initiatives), help maintain marketing documentation and workflows, and pitch in on other initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in email marketing with some exposure to social media marketing: demonstrated writing ability and hands-on experience drafting and sending campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with basic marketing analytics and reporting.

  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
  • Strong email copywriting skills with a solid grasp of what makes a subject line, body copy, and call to action effective - and an intuitive sense of how to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and quality assurance capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
