About the role

  • Trupanion is a leading provider of medical insurance for cats and dogs in North America.
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
  • This position is open to candidates in the Seattle area.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively identify and mitigate risks and issues; manage scope creep and change management

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of software or IT related Project Management experience
  • The ideal candidate must be a results-oriented individual who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust with all levels of the organization.

Nice to have

  • Professional certification such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 preferred

Skills

  • Experience using JIRA, SharePoint, Microsoft Applications, Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and working with a SDLC in an IT project environment
  • Ability to follow standard methodologies in relation to project management and delivery
  • Compensation:
  • The base salary range for this position is $95,000 -$105,000, on a full-time schedule.
  • Along with base compensation, Trupanion employees are currently eligible for monthly bonuses.
