About the role
- The Warehouse Supervisor is a front-line leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations within a high-volume Parts Distribution Center (PDC) supporting Southeast Toyota.
- The role combines hands-on operational oversight with people leadership responsibilities, including coaching, performance management, and driving productivity.
- All work arrangements are subject to associate performance, business need and manager discretion, and may be revised as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 warehouse associates to drive productivity and engagement
- Partner with Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Managers, and peer Supervisors to execute operational goals
- Support and champion continuous improvement initiatives, including Hoshin goals and process enhancements
- Maintain strong communication and alignment across cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Experience using data and metrics to make operational decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including de-vanning, receiving, picking, and shipping
- Ensure daily production, quality, and safety targets are consistently achieved
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to associates, including development planning
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to guide daily decisions, improve productivity, and identify performance trends
- Hold associates accountable to performance standards, reinforcing both positive and corrective behaviors
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment
- 5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Preferred background in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related operations-focused field
