Responsibilities
- Lead Finance Transformation
- Redesign finance and accounting processes to support rapid growth and acquisitions.
- Own the architecture and optimization of finance-related quote-to-cash processes.
- Lead strategy and governance for finance workflow tools and reporting and analytics platforms
- Lead AI & Automation Initiatives
- Develop and execute an AI strategy across finance and accounting.
- Build governance frameworks supporting responsible AI adoption.
- Lead Acquisition Integration
- Partner with Corporate Development, Technical Accounting, and Controllership teams to:
- Develop finance integration roadmaps
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance operations, consulting, business systems, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash and record-to-report processes.
Skills
- Develop and execute a multi-year finance transformation roadmap.
- Improve scalability, efficiency, control, and user experience across finance operations.
- Establish productivity and automation metrics for the organization.
- Contract review and setup
- Revenue operations workflows
- Reconciliations and close management
- Audit support
- Reporting and analytics
- Workflow routing and approvals
Compensation
- $160k-$200k
