Responsibilities

  • Lead readiness assessments, gap analyses, and remediation planning to ensure timely, audit-ready execution.
  • Proactively identify compliance gaps and operational risks, maintain and continuously update the risk register with clear mitigation plans, and provide regular executive-level reporting on our overall posture.

Requirements

  • You bring 5+ years of experience working as a Program or Product Manager within an Agile SDLC environment.
  • You have a proven track record of leading complex, cross-domain programs from readiness through delivery across product, engineering, security, and legal stakeholders.
  • You have a strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure and SaaS platform architecture engineered specifically for regulated environments.
