About the role

PROFILE As with all employees at Mentoring Alliance (MA), the Director of Program Impact & Evaluation (DPIE) is considered to be a minister of the gospel.

CLASSIFICATION AND STATUS This is a full-time exempt position, averaging 40 hours per week.

Partners with the Senior Director of Program Development to evaluate organizational data, identify opportunities to strengthen program effectiveness, and refine the theory of change based on measurable outcomes.
Provides strategic insights that support continuous improvement while fostering organizational alignment, clarity, and credibility.
Participates in committees, leadership meetings, and ministry functions, and performs other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Program Development or President/CEO in support of the ministry's mission.

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Ninety (EOS), Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Asana.

Ensures the accuracy, quality, and reliability of data collected across programs and regions by validating internal and partner school district data, maintaining statistically reliable datasets, and overseeing externally validated annual impact reporting to support informed decision-making and demonstrate organizational effectiveness.
