About the role
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, delivery best practices, and platform innovation
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and test plans
- Support implementation, deployment, and post-production activities in client environments

- The Engineering Services team is a technical consulting and engineering group who design, configure, integrate, and extend capabilities across front, middle, and back-office financial technology platforms.
- Partner with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders to define project scope, business requirements, and technical solutions
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of professional experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Enterprise Software, or Technology Consulting
- Proficiency in SQL and C#, Java, Python, or another object-oriented programming language
- Experience working within Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and collaborating with software development teams
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise platform configuration, systems integration, APIs, or workflow automation
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development, analytics, documentation, or productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI-enabled testing and automation platforms)
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams
- Knowledge of financial services, capital markets, trading operations, investment management, or post-trade processing is a plus
- Experience supporting client-facing projects or technical consulting engagements is a plus

Compensation
- The expected base salary for the position is between 90000 USD to 100000 USD.
