  • Job Description: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Requirements

  • Ability to pass a background check

Nice to have

  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
