About the role

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating workflow, ensuring quality standards, promoting a safe work environment, and supporting the development of machine operators.
The ideal candidate is a strong technical operator with proven leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to continuous improvement.

Lead and support a team of machine operators during daily production operations.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final quality inspections using precision measuring equipment.
Maintain accurate production records, machine downtime logs, and operational documentation.

3+ years of experience operating CNC machines, press brakes, or similar fabrication equipment.
Strong understanding of machine setup, tooling, and production processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Experience with sheet metal fabrication and production scheduling.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
