About the role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations at our new facility in Hugoton, Kansas.
- The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, responsible for ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of raw and packaging materials to production lines and finished goods to distribution.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations.
- Implement best practices in warehouse management and materials handling.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and operational metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse operations or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Forklift driver certification required and experience operating forklifts safely.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
