About the role

This is a hands-on, field-driven role -you will spend significant time on job sites working alongside crews, solving problems in real time, and staying close to the work.
Candidates should expect to be actively engaged in the field, not just managing from an office.
Description: Provide oversight, evaluation and improvement of the efficiency of the project management team.

The project manager will lead projects from award through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

Responsible for coordinating work crews and scheduling required equipment.
Must be willing to travel as needed and be able to work with and manage field leadership.
Bachelor's degree or sufficient experience.
Must have experience enough to meet or exceed the essential duties listed above.

PMP is preferred.

An understanding of construction contracts, Windows based software applications, and good time management skills.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: PMP is preferred.
