Responsibilities
- Perform system installations, upgrades, integrations, and customizations.
- Support & Maintenance
- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system maintenance.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to manage client expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global, distributed team.
Skills
- SQL development and database administration experience.
- Familiarity with.NET, C#, XML, Web Services, and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
- Knowledge of ERP/financial systems, preferably in the legal or professional services sector.
- Experience with reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, Crystal Reports).
- Familiarity with Azure, cloud platforms, or SaaS environments is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Project management or consulting experience is an advantage.
