- Both parents work full-time, high-pressure roles, and our schedules look different week to week.
- With both parents on the go, our home is lively.
- You take pride in your work and are comfortable balancing hands-on childcare with independent household management-this role is intentionally a 50/50 split between caring for our kids and keeping the home running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Daily supervision and bedtime evening routine support / back-up childcare
- Create and maintain household organization systems
- Maintain tidy land, well-stocked laundry areas
- Manage running household supply lists
- Manage household orders and subscriptions (Amazon/Costco/Target)
Nice to have
- 2-3 weekdays per week
- Mondays strongly preferred
- Afternoon pick-ups/drop-offs from school and extracurriculars
- Unpacking backpacks/clothing/snacks
- Kid-related errands
- Daily resets and prep home for bi-weekly cleaners
- Light tidying (dishes, surfaces, vacuum high-traffic areas)
- Seasonal swaps (clothing, décor, bedding)
