- Position Overview Ritter is seeking a licensed Health Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing Consumer Sales team.
- This role focuses on inbound and referral-based sales, helping individuals select the right Medicare and health insurance coverage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your book of business through renewals and referrals
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliant sales practices
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions in a fast-paced call center environment
Requirements
- Handle inbound calls, web inquiries, and email leads -no cold calling required
Nice to have
- Prior insurance sales or call center experience preferred
Compensation
- Willingness to complete AHIP certification and carrier trainings annually
