Requirements
- 7 Years of experience with IBM Websphere Application Server 7/8 Administration, configuration and troubleshooting
- 7 Years of experience in Jython Scripting for deployment automation
- 7 Years of Proficiency with UNIX (Solaris) and Windows operating systems
- 7 Years of experience in ant, maven scripting for build automation
- 7 Years of experience Full SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) involvement from analysis and planning to development and deployment.
- 7 Years of Excellent technical problem solving skills and programming ability in J2EE application environments
- 7 Years of experience in Object modeling and design experience is essential.
- 7 Years of Knowledge of best practices in the areas of application design, performance, scalability and maintainability is also required.

- 4+ Years of experience in BMC Release Lifecycle Management - Release Process Management (BRPM)
- 2 Years of experience in Ruby Scripting
- 4+ Years of experience in IBM Websphere Portal Server 8, Process Server BPM 8.x, Operation Decision Manager (ODM) 8.x, Data Power
- 2+ Years of experience in management of large application development environments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity or knowledge of Rational tools
