- Who loves tax and everything about it
- Who is a CPA, with a good understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- With strong analytical skills with an emphasis on problem-solving
- With over five years' experience in public accounting
- Prepare (possibly review depending upon experience level) business and individual income tax returns
- Identify and research tax issues applicable to client transactions
- Help grow other team members by spending time with them and knowledge sharing
