Responsibilities
- Create reports for Program and Leadership as requested and generate existing reports for analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a business field with a finance background
- Five (5) years' experience in finance related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Non-profit, healthcare environment experience preferred
- Strong background in financial analysis, modeling, budget, and project management
- Proficient in use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and other analytical tools such as PowerBI
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Hours: 9am-5pm onsite in our Manchester headquarters.
Compensation
- $90,000 annually, based upon experience and education.
- Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines.
- 403(b) employer match up to a maximum of 3%
- Student loan repayment for qualifying degrees after one year of employment
