About the role

  • Symmetrio is seeking multiple Field Service Engineers on behalf of a growing outpatient radiology organization.
  • This is a full-time position based in Orlando, FL.
  • Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Someone who can work independently in the field, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver exceptional service to clinical teams.
  • Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair MRI, CT, and digital X-ray systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and functional inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and records in compliance with company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with site staff through excellent communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and clinical teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in training programs to expand technical expertise and maintain OEM or industry certifications.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of field service experience with MRI, CT, and/or digital X-ray systems; Siemens or GE OEM training is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics, biomedical engineering, computer science, or related discipline (or equivalent technical/military training).
  • Proficiency with service documentation, computer systems, and mobile tools.

Compensation

  • The salary range is $90,000-$120,000, depending on experience.
