An immense data warehouse and query stack that we oversee powers these capabilities, and it analyzes some of the largest datasets that our enterprise customers can throw at us.

The products we manage allow users to gain valuable insights into their data and make important decisions from those insights in ways that no other platform can.
Own batching and real-time streaming systems that handle large amounts of structured customer, product, and event data.
Track record building, scaling, and managing production environments.

Change how marketers use their customer data through unique and intuitive product experiences.
Curious about using AI coding tools such as Claude and Codex to help accelerate your development.
Open source large-scale database engines such as Spark & Trino.
Microservices architecture using Clojure as the primary programming language.
A web stack based on ClojureScript and the React family of tools.
Cloud-first architecture using technologies like Terraform and Kubernetes in a multi-cloud platform.

Base Salary: $178,000-$245,000.
Individual compensation within this range will depend on several factors, including your skills, experience, education/training, geographic location and the level at which you join.
Stock Options: The opportunity for ownership is an exciting part of Amperity's total compensation package. Every employee at Amperity receives a new-hire equity grant, commensurate with the scope of their position.
