Responsibilities
- The Tax Support Specialist will be a critical team member in support of the tax practitioner team ensuring the tax team delivers an exceptional client experience.
- The Tax Support Specialist is resourceful, proactive and efficient while maintaining an approachable and professional presence to both internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Skills
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years' experience in an administrative or assistant role
- Experience or willingness to work with dynamic professionals
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality with all matters
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy environment
- Eager to become an expert in the position
Compensation
- Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant's geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications.
- This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of Mercer Advisors' incentive compensation programs.
