- The Data Analyst II on the Appcast Data & Insights Team works at the convergence of data, recruiting strategy, and product insights.
Responsibilities
- Apply independent judgement to interpret findings and deliver actionable insights that support client strategies and internal decision-making.

Nice to have
- Strong analytical foundation in statistics, economics, data science, or a related quantitative field
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
- Experience with Python (preferred) or R for data analysis (e.g., pandas, numpy)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Streamlit
- Advanced Excel and spreadsheet analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in analyzing data and making recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences
- Experience presenting data insights to stakeholders or clients
Compensation
- $57,500 - $114,000 USD
